Fancy Ranch is a fast casual fried chicken pop-up from the team behind Shilling Canning Company — bringing crispy Amish chicken, playful vibes, and feel-good sides to Union Market this summer.

​

Created by two dads, Chef Reid Shilling and Sheamus Feely, and 100% woman-owned by Sara Quinteros, Fancy Ranch is all about great food, great value, and supporting local farms. We use whole Amish chickens from family-run farms and serve them with craveable sides, cornbread waffles, and a lineup of sauces (including our namesake Fancy Ranch, because let’s be honest — we all still love ranch).
